Steps
- 1
Prepare the ingredients for the filling: chop the sun-dried tomatoes and cut the cucumber into matchsticks.
- 2
Slightly warm the tortillas to make them more soft and easier to roll. You can do it in a microwave (for 10 seconds each).
- 3
Spread a quarter of the hummus on the first tortilla. Form a vertical line of cucumber matchsticks in the center, then next to it a second one made of baby spinach. Sprinkle a quarter of the chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the entire tortilla.
- 4
Lift the lower portion of the tortilla and firmly roll it towards the top to create a pinwheel shape. Cut into strips with a sharp knife. Place on the serving plate, then repeat with the remaining three tortillas.
