Basic onion tomato gravy

Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger garlic paste.

Saute for a minute. Now add onions. sautering until onion starts to change color.

Add tomato puree. Saute until oil separates and row smell leaves.

Add all spices and 2 tbsp water. Continue to cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. You can keep this in refrigerator for 1.5 weeks.
