1little spring onion
1little salt

Beat egg rhen add salt and pepper..Then fry the potato until soft,remove and.let it cool before adding in the bowl of eggs.

When cool mix them together.Heat a pan and add oil.Then fry in low heat.When done the other side,flip it over.

Cut and serve with ketchup
