In a large vessel add water let it boil once start bubbling add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt.

Then add pasta boil for 6-7 mins until pasta is 70-75% cooked. Drain the pasta and add oil, mix it with oil so it doesn't stick to each other.

Then take a pan heat it on mid flame then add ½ cup olive oil and after 1 min add finely chopped garlic let them turn slightly golden then add, celery, leeks, onion and capsicum and cook for 2-3 mins.

Add salt as per taste, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and cook for a min then add pasta and mix it well cook it on mid flame for 5 min.

Add grated Parmesan cheese mix it well and turn off the

Finally serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top of it.
