Salted unripe plantain chips

Peel the unripe plantain

Heat up the oil for frying, use a slicer and slice directly into the heated oil.(N:B please be careful when doing this because of the heat that would be produced by the oil).

Then stir and allow to fry while you continue stirring until it's crispy,pour into an aluminum colander for the oil to drip out.

Add salt immediately to the chips and toss for even distribution of the salt on the chips. Enjoy with and drink of your choice
