Ingredients

  • 500 mlfresh cow milk
  • 3bananas
  • as requiredChopped dry fruits (almonds, raisins, cashews)
  • 1 teaspoonVanilla essence
  • Pinchcinnamon powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the milk and let it cool in room temperature.

  2. 2

    Soak dry fruits in lukewarm water or you may directly add them.

    In a mixer jar, add the dry fruits, bananas, 1/2 cup milk and grind.

    Add rest of the milk and grind again till you get the desired froth at the top.

    Serve normal or chilled. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the top.
