Eggless mango cake

In a pan add mango pulp, sugar and mix well. And make a thin ganash.

In a grinding jar add biscuit and grind well.

Now, in a mixing bowl add biscuit, powder sugar, milk slowly to avoid lumps. Also add 2tbsp mango ganash.

Grease a cake tin and grease it with butter and butter paper.

Add eno pouch into batter also add 1tsp milk to active eno. Pour batter in the tin and tap well to avoid air.

Heat a pan for 10 minutes on medium heat. After put the tin and cover pan with lid. Let it bake for 30-35minutes.

Demould the cake after it cool.

Garnish it with mango pulp, dry fruits and chocolate syrup.

Your mango cake is ready.
