Combine malai and sugar into a bowl and whisk gently for some time don't more whisk otherwise become butter. Keep aside.

Seive dry ingredients two times.

Now add dry mixture into wet mixture in batches. Now add milk according to requirements. make smooth batter.

At last mix Cardamom essence and coloured tutti fruitti.

Set paper moulds into small katories and pour batter in paper moulds.

Set all into a big thali or plate according to the size of baking utensil.

Place thali into pre heated kadai, cover with lid and bake for 30 to 35 minutes on low flame.

Yummy Tasty Tea time muffins are ready to eat.
