  • 2potatoes, sliced
  • 2onions, sliced
  • 1 bowlbesan
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededoil

    Take a bowl put in besan add spices, water and make a batter

    Now dip sliced aloo and deep fry it till golden crisp.

    Serve it with tomato sauce.
