2 tablespoonspure ghee
1/4 cupmilk
3-4 tablespoonssugar
2 pinchstrands of saffron (optional)

Take a microwave safe bowl pop in milk powder ghee stirr slightly

Now add in the milk mix it well

Pop in microwave for 1 minutes on high remove it stirr slightly pop it again revised it twice brings it to like somewhere around 3-4 minutes

And it’s ready stirr well set aside to cool down to room temperature & it’s ready garnish it on any desserts or lassi or stuffing in puris etc it’s perfect joy...!
