Steps

Wash Saboodana till water clears. Soak it in water for an hour.

Drain out very well,keep aside, When the sabudana are getting soaked, boil potatoes in a pan or in a cooker and keep aside.peel the potatoes and chop them, Heat a kadai or a frying pan. Add ½ cup peanuts and roast them.

Heat 4 tablespoons peanut oil in a heavy kadai or pan. Then add ginger chilli paste saute well, now add coriander powder, sugar, Rock salt mix it well

Now add boiled potatoes, mix and sauté for a minute on low flame, now add sabudana, peanut, cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame, now add lemon juice, mix it well,

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot. You can mix farali chiwda also with sabudana khichdi...
