Boil potatoes,peel,prick and then fry on medium flame

Fry till aloo became brown &then add all khade masale except lal mirch

Then put one glass of water,add salt& keep aloo covered.cook till aloo became soft and soak water.add half katori curd and stir continuously

In a small katori put 2 spoon hot oil add lal mirch in it and pour over the aloo.just cook it till the oil comes on the top to get nice deep red colour.

The yummy kashmiri dum aloo ready to serve with rice.
