Ingredients

  • For bhajj
  • 1Lauki
  • 250 gmYellow pumpkin
  • 3Potato
  • 1 cupPeas
  • 1Carrot if you want
  • For tadka
  • 2Onion large
  • 1 cupTomato puree
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  • 2 tspPav bhaji masala
  • As neededOil for tadka
  • For garnishing
  • 1 tspGhee
  • 1/2 tspDegi mirch
  • 4Paav
  • As neededButter to roast them

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil all the veggies till 3 whistle, wait for releasing the pressure mash them. Properly.

    Add 2 tsp of oil in pan add chopped onion, ginger garlic saute untill onion looks translucent.

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree, add all spice add 1 tbsp water if it looks dry. Cook this gravy untill it release oil.

    Add this gravy in bhaji cooked for 1 whistle in pressure cooker after that cooked till all Excess water evaporate. Take a bowl add ghee 1 tsp add Degi mirch wait for mixing them together pour from Above to nice colour.

  5. 5

    Take paav spread butter and roast them from Both sides on tawa. Enjoy this tangy spicy dish anytime of the day.
