Ingredients

  • 4Potato medium size
  • 2Tomato medium size
  • As per requiredKasoori methi
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp Heeng
  • 1 tbsp Coriander power
  • 1tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as neededGreen Coriander leaves
  • as per needOil
  • 2Dry chilli full
  • as required Green chilli

    Boil potato and Peel off the skin

  2. 2

    Heat a wok put some oil and let it warm

  3. 3

    Once done add dry red chilli, heeng and cumin seed

  4. 4

    Now add roughly chopped tomato and let it cook till it comes soft

  5. 5

    Once done add red chilli dry power as per taste, generally its very leads in this type of prepration, turmeric powder and again cook for a min.

  6. 6

    Now add boiled potato, don't cut them but break with hand and directly put in wok.

  7. 7

    Mix roughly broken potato with masal and add salt as pe taste, coriander powder and green chilli slits.

  8. 8

    Add some water for cook and mix of masala. Don't pit too much water as this preparation is thick and hardly any gravy.

  9. 9

    Once gravy thikens add crushed kasoori methi,mix and cover again for next one min.

  10. 10

    Your potato is ready. Enjoy with puri...
