This is a very healthy and yummy cutlet recipe which can be made easily within minutes...

Wash the poha 3-4 times and keep it soaked in water for 10 mins. Squeeze and remove all water nicely and take it in a bowl. Add grated carrot, grated beetroot, finely chopped onion,chopped coriander and jeera.

Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala.

Add rava to it. Add chopped green chillies.

Mix everything well and make a dough. Make cutlets and shallow fry on medium flame.

Serve hot with chutney of your choice. You can add any veggies like capsicum, cabbage, sweetcorn, potatoes to it.
