Wash potato wedges. Boil potato wedges in salted water. (2 tbsp salt) Boil potatoes half cooked. Let it cool.

For the batter: mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, rice flour, salt, oregano and chilli flakes, now add water to make the batter just like dosa batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai, dip a potato wedge into the batter and fry on a medium flame. Fry all the wedges.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Your Mouthwatering wedges are ready to serve. Feast will be incomplete without this starter dish.
