Ingredients

300 gramsCabbage
10-20 slicesCarrots
5-7 pcsBlack fungus
Some Garlic & Ginger (finely chopped)
10 pcsShrimps (Marinated with salt, pepper and fish sauce)

Heat up oil in pan. Add in Garlic and Ginger fry till fragance.

Add in Black fungus and Carrot to fry till soften a bit.

Add in Shrimps and fry till half cooked.

Add in Cabbage and fry till it soften. Add in water to simmer.

Add in Salt and Oyster sauce for seasoning. Mix well then turn off the heat. The dish is ready!!
