Add ghee, salt in flour, mix it and start kneading with normal water, take little water and make dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Make small (pera) balls using dry flour.

Now press the pera with fingers and make roti with rolling pin

Heat Skillet (tawa), put roti on it, cook it while heating of each side 2-3 times until bubbles appear. Then heat it on direct flame until fluffy.
