Soak sabudana for three hours in enough water. Cut potatoes into small pieces.

Take a nonstick pan, put ghee. Then add ghee and fry peanuts and keep it aside. Take cumin seeds fry it. Then add curry leaves and potatoes and saute it for few minutes.

Then add all spices. Add sabudana saute it for two minutes. Add sendha salt stir well. Add sugar, lemon juice, and fry peanuts.

After cook garnish green coriander and serve.
