Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli & asafoetida stir a little.

Then add rava. Roast it for 2-3 min. Till it turns little brown. Once it is roasted add hot or warm wate. Mix it well.

Add lemon juice & coriander leaves. Mix it. Upma is ready when water evaporates. Serve hot.
