  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tspdry active yeast
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsporegano
  6. 1 tbspvinegar
  7. 4beetroots
  8. 2 tbspmilk powder
  9. 1 tbspsesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take beets in pressure cooker and cook until 2-3 whistles.

    Now peel and cut beet. Add in a mixer jar and add vinegar to it. Grind till smooth paste.

    Now take 2 tbsp warm water add sugar and yeast. Mix and rest for 2 minutes.

    Take a big bowl add flour,milk powder,salt and oregano to it.

    Add beetroot paste and yeast mixture to it and knead a smooth and soft dough by adding the required water.

    Keep dough in warm place for an hour to prove or double in size.

    Now take dough in a baking mould and sprinkle sesame over it.Again keep on rest for another 10 minutes.

    Now preheat oven at 220℃ for 10 minutes and bake bread for 25 minutes on both rods mode.bread is ready to eat.cut it after 10 minutes or cool down.
