Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1 tbspAnardana-
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tbspFennel seeds
  • 1 tbspCoriander seeds
  • 1 tbspAjwain (carom)
  • 1 tspPepper corns
  • 3-4Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1 stickCinnamon
  • 1 tspPink Salt
  • 1 tspHing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan.Add all dry spices.

    Toast them lightly on low flame for 5 minutes until fragrant

    Cool it completely

    Once cooled down pulse it for about 4-5 timesin a mixer jar

    Store the masala in a cool and dry place in an airtight container.
