Aata ghound acha aata ta
Shadi ke bad miya ke ghur dono tym roti khai jati ti
Pir shoro hova ek mission
Gol, soft and proper roti ka
Bht bar failed kabi karak hojati kabi jal jati gol to banti hi nai ti
But now after 6 years of struggle
Bht achi soft or well cooked banti hai
Shape kabi kabi aj bhi hojata hai😂

Ingredients

30 minutes

  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Water as required

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add flour, salt & oil

  2. 2

    Add water slowly slowly and knead the dough with soft hand

  3. 3

    Leave the dough for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Make small balls max 6. Roll out on the surface

  5. 5

    Heat the tawa grease oil and cook roti from both sides
