  • ૧/૨ બાઉલ સાકર
  • ૧ કપ દૂધ
  • ૧ કપ મલાઈ
  • એલચી પાવડર
  • ૧/૨ બાઉલ મિલક પાવડર
  • ૧/૨ બાઉલ ઘી

  1. 1

    ૧ લોયા માં ઘી ગરમ કરો. તેમાં ચણા નો લોટ નાખી શેકી લેવું

    કલર બદલાય પછી તેમાં મિલક પાવડરને ઙ્ય ફુટ પાવડર નાખી મિક્સ કરવુ. ૨ મિનિટ માટે શેકી લો.

    મિક્સ થઈ જાય એટલે તેમાં મલાઈ નાખી મિક્સ કરવુ

    મિક્સ થયા પછી તેમાં દૂધ અને સાકર અને એલચી પાવડર ઉમેરો. મિક્સ કરો

    રેડી થઈ જાય એટલે બાઉલમાં નિકાળી સવૅ કરવો.
