Firstly blend urad dal into a blender without water.

Now transfer blended urad dal into a mixing bowl and salt and hing mix well.

And bit dal at least 8-10 minutes or until fluffy.

Further dry frying into medium heat oil. And transfer in water immediately.

After shocking keep a side an hour keep cool down.

Now remove water from bhalla and transfer in serving plate.

Fruther bit curd and add sugar mix well.

And pour curd upon on bhalle.

Further pour green chutney and tamarind chutney upon bhalle.

Now sprinkle salt, chilli powder, cumin powder and chaat masala.

Finally ready to serve dahi bhalle chaat. And Garnish with pomegranate.
