Aloo soyabeen kulcha

Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric, vinegar 1 tsp, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp roasted Cummin powder, salt according to your taste now add boiled soybean saute for 2 minutes. Now soybean is ready.

Take a pan and add oil salt a pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp dried mango powder, now also add mashed and boiled potatoes along with sliced onions, chopped green bell pepper mix all the ingredients together. Sprinkle coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice in it and keep aside.

Now take the kulcha bread and cut it into half. And then put a pan on medium flame and melt butter and cook from both sides. Make sure kulchas are crunchy from both sides.

Now when all the things are ready. We need to assemble them together. Put potatoes and soybean stuffing on kulcha. Sprinkle some coriander leaves chopped onions. Grated paneer and mayonnaise on it. Squeeze lemon juice and cover the kulcha with another half of kulcha. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
