To make kaju katli gather all the ingredients as specified.

First of all dry roast cashews and grind the cashew nuts to a fine powder in a mixture grinder.

In a pan bring the sugar and water to boil so as to achieve 1.5 strings consistence.

As into it cashew powder and cook for 2 minutes or until it separates from pan.

Remove it from pan on to the butter paper and let it cool for few minutes.

Add ghee and knead it to smooth crackfree Bowl. Than place another butter paper and roll it 1 inche thick.

Now apply silver foil and let it set for few minutes. And cut into diamond pieces and serve.
