Ingredients

  1. 2large potatoes
  2. 4 tspbesan
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. half tsp black pepper
  5. half tsp chat masala
  6. 1medium sized chopped onion
  7. 3-4chopped green chillies
  8. 1medium sized chopped tomato
  9. Handfulcoriander leaves
  10. For frying
  11. Oil for frying

    Boil potatoes and mash them completely, let it cool

  2. 2

    Now add all ingredients in the potatoes and mix gently.

    Make small tikkiss

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan.

  5. 5

    Gently shallow fry from both sides
