Halwa is one of the most popular Indian delicacies that are prepared during festivals and religious rituals.this time I made peanut halwa and it takes no longer time to cook and Peanuts are rich in energy and contain many health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.

Steps

First take roasted peanuts and remove the coating. (If you have raw peanuts then in a pan dry roast them on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.then let cool and remove the coating) put roasted peanuts in a grinding jar and grind it coarsely.

Now take a pan add ghee heat it on medium flame then add peanut powder roast with ghee on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.when it turns light brown add milk powder, sugar and milk.mix well and stir continuously.cook untill sugar dissolved.it takes 2-3 minutes.

Now Add desiccated coconut chopped dry fruits and mix.when the mixture leaves the pan turn off the flame.transfer in a plate garnish with some dry fruits and serve.
