Soak chickpeas for 6-7 hrs and boil them properly in a cooker. Grind 2onions, 2green chillies, garlic, ginger and 1 tomato.

Heat oil in a pan. Put the grinded mixture and add all the spices according to your taste

Mix until the mixture turns slight brown in colour. Add boiled chickpeas. Again mix properly and add 1 small mug of water. Cover the vessel for 5 mins. Chole is ready to serve.

For bhaturas we meed 1 bowl of all-purpose flour. Add 2 to 3 spoons of curd. Add 2 to 3 spoons of oil.Mix properly. Add salt and Knead the dough with water. Keep it for 15 mins. Now Make small round balls of the dough.

Make small size chapati shape. See that the bhatura should be little oval in shape. Fry them in oil and serve hot with chola.
