Steps

Boil eggs and potatoes separately. Peel off eggs shells and potatoes skin.

Mashed potatoes and add salt, red chilli powder and chopped coriander.
- 3
Mix and cover eggs with potatoes mixture. And set aside.
- 4
Mix gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and meetha soda with little water to make thin mixture.

Dip eggs into gram flour mixture and deep fry into oil.
- 6
Golden fry all eggs and serve with yogurt mint sauce or with any sauce.
