Wash and clean the sweet potatoes properly

In a cooker, steam boil them. Cool it down and peel off. Cut into small pieces and keep aside

Meanwhile be ready with other ingredients. In a kadai, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, grated ginger and saute for 1 minute.

Next add the coarsely crushed peanuts and roast for about 2 minutes on medium flame.

Finally add the chopped sweet potato. Mix well. Add salt. Squeeze lemon juice. Mix well. Serve immediately. Garnish with green chilli and lemon wedge.
