Steps
- 1
Heat both Butter and Milk in a pan. Keep them aside. Now comes the final part of mixing everything up.
- 2
Add Flour, Cocoa powder, Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla essence to a mixing bowl. Beat well using an Electric hand held beater. Now to this, add in both Milk and melted Butter in parts and make a smooth and a fluffy batter.
- 3
Heat a non-stick pan on a low heat. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter. Swirl the pan making the batter to spread across it evenly. Cover and cook for a minute or two before taking it off the pan. Follow the same for all the Crepes in this way.
- 4
For the Whipped Cream, you can either use readymade cans or make at home using store bought heavy cream. I have used GoldenMark Whipping Cream. And also, you can follow my Basic Whipped Cream recipe here on my profile.
- 5
Spread Whipped Cream on each of the Chocolate Crepes making a huge layer or pile of Crepes. Smoothen out the edges and cover with the Whipped Cream even on top. Chill this in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes with a cover on to prevent it from drying up or better still in a Cake box. This is basically done to just allow it to set.
- 6
Remove it from the refrigerator after 5 minutes. Sprinkle some Cocoa powder on top. Also grate some Chocolate on top. Now slice this and enjoy it's lipsmacking taste and texture with your loved ones.
- 7
Enjoy this melt in mouth super fluffy Chocolate Crepe Cake.
