Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupextra crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cupStrawberry jam
  • 4large egg roll wrappers
  • as neededoil to fry with

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil

  2. 2

    Turn the egg roll to the points are straight up and down.

  3. 3

    Add peanut butter and jam to the center of egg roll

    Fold the sides

  5. 5

    Fold the bottom upwards

  6. 6

    Now roll it up

  7. 7

    Put into oil flap side down and fry till whole thing is crispy takes about 5 minutes total to fry.

  8. 8

    Move to paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

  9. 9

    Serve I hope you enjoy!
