Cooking Instructions

Dry roast suji on low flame until it turns aromatic.

Now take a pan add water, milk, sugar, saffron strands, cardamom pods and stir until the sugar dissolves completely in water.

Now add ghee to the roasted suji and combine it well.
- 4
Add the sugar syrup to the roasted suji.Then add few shredded cashews and almonds. Keep stirring until the pan leaves the ghee.

Now garnish with dry fruits as per your choice. Serve warm or hot as per your like. Delish this super easy yet tasty halwa with your near and dear ones.
