In a mixer jar, add all ingredients under to grind except curd and grind coarsely. Now add the curd and grind to a smooth mixture.

Transfer it to a bowl and add besan, kasuri methi, chat masala, curd, lemon juice, salt and mix well.

Cut the paneer into big cubes and add to the mixture and coat well.

Now add in cubed onions and capsicum and coat well and keep to rest for 30 mins.

After 30 mins heat, a tawa spread some oil and keep all the paneer pieces on roast from all sides. If you have a skewer then you can insert the paneer, capsicum, and onion one after the other and repeat the process and roast on medium to the high flame to get good color and keep paneer soft.

Then add the vegetables to same tawa and roast from both sides.

Serve it hot with mint chutney or your favourite dip.
