  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 2 tspsinghade ka atta
  3. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  4. 1 tspdry mango powder
  5. 1 tspchaat masala
  6. Sendha namak as per taste
  7. 1 tspchopped cashews nut
  8. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tspbeetroot chutney
  10. 1 tspgreen chutney
  11. 1 tspdate tamarind chutney
  12. 2 tspbeaten yogurt
  13. 1 tspchopped grapes
  14. 1 tspchopped ripe banana
  15. 1 tsppomegranate seeds
  16. 1 tspgrated ginger
  17. 1 tspchopped green chillies
  18. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled potatoes then in a plate mashed boiled potatoes add all the dry spices cumin powder, sendha namak, finely chopped ginger, fine choppy green chillies

    Then add chopped coriander leaves, singhade ka atta mix it properly

    Then make a round shape tikki add 1 tbsp oil in a pan shallow fry it until golden brown then serve with different chutneys and fruits serve hot..
