Ingredients

  • 1 cupdry roasted handmade sevaiyan
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tspraisin
  • 5cashews chopped
  • 2 tspcolorful almond flakes
  • 2 tspclarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a nonstick pan put clarified butter then add sevaiyan roast in few minutes.

    Then add 2 cups of water mix then add sugar,raisin,cashews mix and cook in slow flame.

    After cook take a serving bowl put sevaiyan garnish almonds.

    Then enjoy home-made sevaiyan.
