Happy Dussehra ! I present to you new sweet recipe rose flavour Kalakand.
Steps

In a pan add milk,sugar and rose petals boil it 5 mins the petals become soften and switch off the gas

After 5-6 mins add milk powder,desiccated coconu and ghee and mix well then lit the gas and cook in slow flame.

Keep stirring well till the mixture becomes dry like a dough.

Before switching off the gas add chopped dry fruits and rose essence.

Place it in a grease flat container to get set.

Now cut the kalakand in desired shape and garnish with dry fruits and rose petals
