Vegetables Oats Suji Paniyaram

Collect all ingredients

Take a bowl add oats and suji

Next add curd mix well and rest for 20 mins

Meanwhile chop all vegetables

After 20 mins once batter is thick add water and make the consistency like idli batter and add salt and chat masala

Take a pan and add oil to heat up

Add cumin mustard seeds and curry leaves

Once crackling add onions and green chilli ginger paste and sauté for few seconds

Add all vegetables and cook for few seconds

Now add this into the batter add coriander leaves and cooking soda and mix well

Once batter is ready take a paniyaram tava heat it and grease with oil

Place the batter inside each section

Cook until golden brown and flip and cook the other side

Take it out into a plate. Your healthy breakfast is ready serve paniyaram with your choice of chutney or sauce
