Moong Dal ki khichdi

At First,take equal proportion of both rice and moong dal and wash them properly.

Now in a utensil, add 4tbsp of oil, in it add chopped ginger-garlic,green chillies and saute it for 10 secs.

Then add in it chopped onions and saute ot until onions turns pink in colour.

Then after that, add all the masala's : cumin powder,turmeric powder And salt.Give a quick stir to it.

Then add washed rice and moong dal in it.

Now, add 300 ml of water and cooked it in medium flame.When the water is about to soak in rice then low the flame and keep it in a dum for 15 mins without giving a stir.
