Ingredients

15 mins

2-3 people

1/2 boxfirm tofu
1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
3 clovesgarlic
as neededLarge handful of basil
1/2of a lime
5red chilies, dried
as requiredSmall piece of ginger
1/2 tablespoonvegetarian oyster sauce

Drain the tofu and crumble it with a fork
2

Add the tofu to a very hot pan and stir fry it in oil for two mins
3

Add sauces and all other ingredients (except basil) stir continuously
4

After tofu is brown, stir in basil and mix it until the basil wilts
5

Serve with fried egg (optional) and rice!
