Steps

Take a small bowl. Add melted butter, finely chopped garlic and Daniya leaves. Add a pinch of salt as I have taken salted butter. Mix well.

Heat a pan. Add few drops of butter. Place four bread slices at a time. Then add half a spoon of melted butter mixture for each bread. Roast it till it turns crispy (both the sides).

Let it cool for a minute. Take two pieces and press it a little. With the help of a knife, cut it in to two pieces.

Sprinkle red chilli powder, pepper powder, daniya leaves and periperi powder(optional) and serve.
