Leftover roti sandwich for breakfast

Take a roti heat it on tawa on both the sides for 2 second and remove.. Now spread mayonnaise all over the roti

I have taken my leftover aloo sabzi and added some periperi masala to it to make it more spicy.. You can take any sabzi of your choice.. Spread it on half of the roti

Add some grated cheese on top and fold it

Heat the tawa spread little oil and roast the roti from both the sides till crisp.. Cut into pieces and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
