  • 5-6big potatoes washed well with skin on
  • Oil for fying
  • to tasteSalt
  • Poussin powder
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes till just done. Let them cool completely

  2. 2

    Once done cut into thick wedges. Deep fry in hot oil or grill in an oven

  3. 3

    Once done sprinkle,salt,poussin powder,paprika,black pepper. Mix well. Serve with choice of another dish
