Ingredients

  • 125 gSpanich
  • 2 cupRice
  • 4 cupwater
  • 2Tomato
  • 1onion
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 6-7garlic
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masahla powder
  • 1 tsp red chiliy powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per needSome cashewnut
  • as requiredSome dry coconut
  • as required Oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First take rice and wash it properly and soaked it in water for 15- 20 minutes

    Take tomato and griend it.Now separately.Take onion,garlic,and green chilli and grined it.now take Spanich and wash it properly and griend it too.

    Now take one cooker add oil in it.after heating the oil add bay of leaf,now add grined onion in the cookerand sook it.untill it colour change to pinkish. Now add grined tomato in it.Now cook it for 3-4 minutes.

    Now add Red chiliy powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well.now add Spanich curry in the cooker now again mix it well 3-5 minutes.

    Now removed all water from the rice and add this rice to the cooker now mix it well. And add chasewnut and dry coconut in the cooker.

    Now add water in the cooker cook it till 2 wishtels.

    Now delicious yummy 😋😋 palak pulao is ready to serve
