From 1 cup corn kernels, crush 3/4 cup of corn kernels coarsely in mixer grinder and keep 1/4 cup as it is.

In a mixing bowl take crushed corn, whole corn kernels, chopped onion and capsicum. Add crushed green chillies, grated ginger, salt, black pepper powder.

Add besan and rice flour. Combine all ingredients well. Add little water gradually and prepare thick batter.

In a kadai heat enough oil. Now add sodabicarb and 1 teaspoon hot oil into prepared mixture. Mix well. Drop pakoda with fingers into hot oil. Deep fry till golden and crisp from outside. Enjoy with sliced onions and green chillies.
