Steps

Take a powdered milk and tetra pack milk in equal proportion and boil it. Then turn off the flame and after a minute add vinegar diluted in water and made Cheena.

Add 1 bottle chilled water in Cheena and strainand washed it for 2 to 3 times till the water squeezes out properly.

Rubbed the Cheena with the palm for 2 to 3 times and made small balls.

Then take a pan add an equal amount of water and sugar to make a sugar Syrup. To that add cardamom powder to enhance the taste.

When sugar Syrup is ready, add Cheena small balls to it. Cover and cook it for about 15 minutes. Till it get cooked and get soften

Then your rasmalai is ready, transfer it into the bowl and add more sugar Syrup to get a complete sweet taste of rasmalai. Enjoy it with your family.
