Cook the pasta. Drain and set aside.

Chop the garlic and parsley together.

Heat the oil and margarine in a pot. Be careful not to burn it. Sauté the garlic and parsley over low heat. Add salt.

Now add the macaroni. Increase the heat and sauté for a few minutes. Finally, add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir with a wooden spoon.
