1/2 teaspoonBlack jeera
1/2 teaspoonkhashkhash
2Green chilli

Take one Big size BRINJAL

Cut it long long pieces

Add Black jeera turmeric and salt
4

Mix the Cutting Brinjal add green chilli and khush khush
5

Take a pan and fry the pieces of brinjal
6

When it golden brown Eggplant Bahari is ready
